My father and I bought cars from them. Mine was incorrectly repaired. When I needed work done on it, the shop could not allign it because of the bent frame. Things keep going wrong with my vehicle. My father's vehicle was not repaired (buy as-is), but he had an outside company stop by Floyd's and check it out. This company agreed on the amount of damage and things that would have to be repaired. Maybe Floyd's paid them to say that! It was estimated to cost $2,000 to repair; it ended up costing $10,000! There was a lot more damage and the frame was majorly bent, not minor.

Four years ago I bought a very nice used 1999 used van from them with low mile.They helped me finance my purchase and my credit was not very good becuase of a divorce.A few weeks after I bought it i went to Tacoma and a small sensor went out and the car would not shift past 2nd gear. I called them not excpecting much because I bought it as is. They set up for there car hauler to come and pick up our van and haul it back to there shop.They also let my family drive back a van they were taking to there lot.They got us home and fixed our van even though they were not obligated by a warranty. All we had to do was pay for the new sensor,total of 70 dollars.There was no way we could have afforded to have our van towed to a shop on the coast to be fixed. They really came to our rescue. I would buy from them agian,they really saved us!

i paid $600.00 on a car in March of 09 and now in Aug 09 the car no longer runs because of a bad engine i was not warned about our mechanic found it. i went to see if they would help me with this problem and they are not willing to do anything. we only drove it about 350 miles so it wasnt like we ran it to death. They lined there pockets and ran! this was for a first time driver and it was her birthday gift. i have contacted a lawyer and the BBB and consumer affairs im also going to the media ----SO BUYER BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS

In January 2009, I found a vehicle I wanted at Sunrise AutoLand in Jamaica, NY. I also experienced the "going to pick up my vehicle and them telling me I have to actually complete my purchase by signing my papers through Auto Gallery Motors." After meeting with the Auto Gallery Rep., the amount quoted to was not the same price listed on the contract. The amount on the contract was higher by $2000. When I asked about the oddity of the increase, it was explained to me that the interest rate was pushing up the price as a result of my credit. Went back to complain, their business is no longer there. These people seemingly have a scam going on.
